Why? Air entrapment in shocks will cause performance issues. You may experience quick shock fade due to foaming of the oil. The variable viscosity flow through the shims can cause surging and inconsistent feel through the stroke. To remove all the air from a shock, a vacuum bleeder and pressure filler must be used. The Heliosure Shock Bleeder offers a budget-friendly option over others on the market or typical shop rates. |

Quality • All parts are rated for vacuum use and 125psi pressure. Low-cost components do not work well in vacuum applications. • The overpressure safety relief valve is set at 55 psi. It will automatically open if someone forgets to set the pressure regulator on their air compressor. • Parts are sourced from USA industrial suppliers. This is important for increased durability and reliability. • 90-Day Limited Warranty • Manufactured in the USA from domestic and foreign parts. |

Works exactly as expected. It got all the air out of the new oil and filled my shock.

2yq06. Will this shock bleed system work with a bladder reservoir?
Heliosure –
Yes, it will work with bladder reservoirs too.
Diego –
hello! Do you use 6 o 8 mm tubes in the bleeder? I cant understand why do i need a 6mm adaptor.
Why do you think is better to use only one tube from the vacuum to the shock instead of two with “one way” valves?
Heliosure –
We use 1/4 inch tubing. The “1/4 to 6mm adapter” is for people that having shock fittings that require 6mm tubing.
Yes, we believe using one tube is sufficient. The WP shock bleeder and the Race Tech shock bleeder both use one tube also.
You can see how it works in our video: https://youtu.be/3z4VYaDM-PA
This video shows how a vacuumed tube fills immediately once the vacuum is removed: https://youtu.be/OiwdqRjAMyk

Will it work on walker evans sno shocks?
Heliosure –
This is a universal vacuum bleeding tool. It will work on anything that needs to be vacuumed if you have the correct shock fitting. We only supply the KTM/WP shock adapter.

Do you sell the fittings for kyb and Showa shocks?
Heliosure –
We only have the KTM/WP shock adapter. We do supply our Shock Bleeder with 1/4″ and 6mm tubing so you can use other manufacturer’s shock adapters.
