I’ve been a professional new product engineer for 30 years and have a degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in electro-mechanical design. I’ve designed for military, entertainment, commercial, and industrial applications. Most products required an excess of 10 year life spans. Robustness is built into every aspect of the product while maintaining an affordable price. Yes, it could be cheaper just as well as it could cost more than double.
Delivery Timeline
The receiver design is complete (9/20/26). I plan to work on the transmitter design for 2 weeks. Assembly will take 4 weeks after that.
I can hand build some transmitters if I get enough deposits and there is an interest in getting units quicker. Please email me.
Enclosures
All enclosures are 3D printed. Color will likely be some gray/charcoal/silver color with contrasting letters. I will be refining the printing process later on to improve surface finish. Current builds are ABS material that are rugged and heat resistant. ASA is another option is that is a improvement to ABS in regards to UV and chemical resistance.
